Our processes have been developed to assist in making the often traumatic and inconvenient experience of having repairs performed to your vehicle as simple as possible.
Once your vehicle has been scheduled for repairs, here’s what you can expect:
On the day of your appointment please allow 15-20 minutes to check your vehicle in.
Once your vehicle is on site, your vehicle will enter a process we call repair planning. During repair planning we will dismantle the damaged areas to determine the full extent of the damages. You will be contacted within 24 hours and advised of the total cost of the repairs and the date we anticipate we will be returning your vehicle to you. If your insurance company will be paying for the repairs we will also contact them at this time.
If the repairs are proceeding as planned, you and your insurance company will be contacted again when your vehicle is approaching the final repair stages. At this time we will confirm the status of your repairs and our target completion date.
Once your repairs have been completed and quality assurance has been verified, we will contact you to let you know your vehicle is ready for pick up.
Certain aspects of repairs are out of our control, such as parts and insurance delays. If we experience any delays that will result in your initial delivery date being revised, we will contact you and your insurance company as soon as possible. Whatever the reason for unanticipated delays, we will do our utmost to deliver your vehicle back to you as soon as possible.
