The complexity of today’s automobiles makes it very difficult to produce an accurate appraisal/estimate of the damages to your vehicle based on visual damages only. Concours believes it is not fair to our customers to “estimate” visual damages and then once your vehicle is brought in for repairs and dismantled, to inform you that the actual cost of the repairs, due to hidden damages, has significantly increased the initial “estimate”. We don’t like to surprise our customers this way!
Concours works with Canada’s premier insurance companies to repair your vehicle to its pre accident condition. Most insurance companies no longer require you to waste your valuable time collecting different estimates from various collision repair facilities. Instead, simply give us a call to schedule your vehicle in for repairs.
Once your vehicle is on site, your vehicle will enter a process we call repair planning. During repair planning we will dismantle the damaged areas to determine the full extent of the damages. You will be contacted within 24 hours and advised of the total cost and your expected delivery date. If at anytime during the repair planning phase you do not want to proceed with the repairs we will be happy to reassemble your vehicle.
The advantage for our customers is that there are rarely significant price increase surprises with the repair planning process.
